Let's get you back to being you.
Hi, I'm Dapne,
a physiotherapist with 18+ years of experience helping people understand pain, move better, and get back to the things they love. Along the way, I've built a strong foundation in biomechanics (how our pieces work together!) and manual therapy, and I've learned that there's often much more to pain than what we can see or feel.
As long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by the mechanics of the human body. Growing up, I was intrigued not only by science, but also by the possibility of helping people feel better and reconnect with their bodies.
My approach combines hands-on treatment, movement, and education, while considering the whole person. I'm always motivated by the question “Why does this hurt?”, not just by treating the sore spot.
I'm proud of my curiosity. It keeps me learning, asking questions, and it motivates me to give my best to my patients.
When you're ready, I'll help you get back to being you.
My approach
"Every individual is a world unto themselves, and no two worlds are alike." - Henry David Thoreau

In a world where healthcare often feels impersonal and detached, my mission is to provide one-on-one treatment. No cold packs or TENS machines – just tailored interventions designed around you.
Services
These are some of the techniques and methods I use in my practice:

Manual
Therapy
Skilled hands-on techniques performed by trained therapists to assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions. This approach can involve precise manipulation of joints, muscles, and soft tissues to relieve pain, enhance mobility, and facilitate the body's innate healing mechanisms.

Myofascial
Induction
A technique that involves applying gentle pressure and manipulation to the fascia – a connective tissue surrounding muscles and organs. This method aims to release tension, improve mobility, and alleviate pain by addressing restrictions or adhesions within the fascial network.

Global Postural
Re-education
A specialized approach that focuses on improving posture and alignment of the body as a whole. This method considers the interconnectedness of various body structures and systems, aiming to address imbalances that may contribute to pain, discomfort, or movement limitations.

Functional
Dry Needling
A specialized technique consisting of the precise insertion of thin needles into specific points within muscles aiming to alleviate pain, and improve muscle function and blood flow (among other benefits) by targeting dysfunctions within the tissue.
